I am enjoying this app so far. It’s simple to use, looks great, and has several helpful tools. Also it runs smoothly. I like to read the daily affirmations. The “brain flossing” feature is calming and a cool idea I hadn’t seen in other apps. Definitely worth checking out if you’re trying to take small steps toward better mental health.

Simple and surprisingly helpful, the short bilateral exercises only take about a minute and help me to settle down when I feel stressed, especially at night. It's easy to use and not complicated.
