Good app. My only suggestion is that the background/font of incidents is hard to read. If you could have the ability to change that then it would be near perfect.

Useless When you download the app on your phone the only way to activate it to scan a QR code displaying on the phone you are viewing the code. There is no way to use your phone's camera to scan a QT code on your phone.
