It's a legit app. They let you know right away if a client cancels or chooses another provider. They let you know if a client's card fails then they will cancel it if they have reached out and the client has not provided no alternate payment method. They look out for you so you won't get taken advantage and it's an easy process plus set up. You have to leave a review of how the session was and the more you confirm appointments, the more they send your way. They have called me and spoke with me.

Meh... It's a cool piece of change on the side when you actually get a request in your service area. You can't set your specific availability which I find obnoxious. It would make things easier fr providers and clients. 40 mile range outside of service area is not smart AT ALL. We should be able to set this too.

Support will not respond to emails. There is NO information in app that explains the rules or what's to be expected. I sent an email 2/14 and was told I would have a response in 48hrs. I sent a follow-up on 2/17 and my concerns have yet to be addressed. don't do business with this provider unless you are sure you can guess what you're supposed to do, and wonder if they actually care
