About this app

The Logbook is the driver's notebook for intercity trips, but it does the math for you.

You record the trip and the app shows you how much you actually received, already deducting fuel and what you need to save for the car. No spreadsheet, calculator, or internet required.

Made for the independent driver who transports passengers and packages from one city to another and sets their own price.

Record the trip in 2 taps:
• Choose your usual route and tap Save. Done.

• The time will already be the time you use most often on that route.

• Check "Record the return trip too" and the return trip will be included.

• The fare can be calculated later, upon arrival.

How much you receive:
• For each trip: how much you charged, how much fuel you spent, how much to save for the car, and how much you receive.

• For the month: how much you earned, how much you spent, and how much you have left, in a large and easy-to-find number.

• Simple graphs, with the value written on the drawing: for every R$100 that came in, how much you kept month by month and how much the car gets per liter.

Passengers and deliveries
• The passenger list for each trip, with the pick-up point.

• Frequent passengers are added with one tap. You can also choose from your phone contacts.

• One tap opens the WhatsApp conversation with the passenger or the person who will receive the delivery.

• Mark the deliveries that have already been delivered.

Car bills without surprises
• Oil change, tires, maintenance, IPVA (vehicle tax), licensing, and insurance.

• The app tells you how much to save from each trip to pay everything without financial strain.

• Notification on your phone when a bill is due, based on mileage or date.

Car expenses
• Fuel, repair shop, tires, car wash, registration, or other: choose, enter the amount, and save.

• With full tank refills, the app calculates your car's actual fuel consumption per liter and notifies you when it starts consuming more. Easy to use
• Works offline, on the road or stopped at a gas station.

• No registration, no password, and no email.

• Large font, large buttons, and only three tabs: Home, Car, and Month.

• Speaks your language: trip, parking space, order, expense, leftover.

• Saved incorrectly? Tap Undo.

• Font size and light or dark theme in Settings.

Your data is yours
• Everything is saved on your phone.

• Automatic backup to your Google account if Android backup is enabled.

• Send a copy to your own WhatsApp and recover everything on a new phone.

• Download a spreadsheet with your trips and expenses, which opens in Excel and Google Sheets.

Write everything down or prefer to write down the minimum? The app works both ways. The more you write down, the more accurate the calculation becomes, and what is estimated appears marked as "estimated".
