I can't open any notification because it is not connected( the app doesn't see wifi nor mobile data). very bad app.

It was working good till your last update, now it is not working in my mobile (note 20 ultra); not opening at all. Another issue, when the developer release an update, the software doesn't notify it, it just stop working and we uninstall the previous version and install the new one. I believe if it is not mandatory from school, perhaps by this time 50% of your clients would be lost. So please have some respects for those who are using it. Thanks.

easy access and totally understandable and simple for all ages! a toddler can use this app and understand it
