app continuously gives an error "no internet" needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled, works for a while then does it again.. so unreliable

It's so laggy and my Internet is perfect but It's telling me that I'm not connected to the Internet I tried doing everything update reinstall it and still nothing and It has lots of bugs.

it's great but it lags too much, doesn't let me load a lot of stuff, and whenever I check my notifications, I check the classera app, and it has the red circle and "249" or more, I go into the app, and still, please fix these issues.
