THE worst airline app out there. Registration is a nightmare. There's no way to check your reservation when you're signed in, so you have to log out and check as a guest. Downloading your digital ticket goes to a nonexistent folder, making you screenshot the ticket. Adding travel documents is impossible. There's a LOT of work needed to fix this app. It's completely unacceptable in its current state.

My experience with Flynas was extremely disappointing. My flight was canceled due to rescheduling, and although I received a message to rebook, the app showed no available flights at all. I tried contacting customer service for over 36 hours through phone, WhatsApp, and email with no real response. Because of this, I had to book another flight at a much higher price. Very unprofessional service and a frustrating experience.

I had an absolutely nightmare experience with flynas today. My flight from Jazan to Riyadh was delayed, leaving me with only 20 minutes to catch my connecting flight to Islamabad, despite having a scheduled 1.5-hour layover. ​There is zero time management and no accountability. Even at a major hub like Riyadh Airport, there was no customer service, no staff to guide passengers between terminals, and no one to help with the transfer. As a result, I missed my flight. ​To make matters worse
