THE worst airline app out there. Registration is a nightmare. There's no way to check your reservation when you're signed in, so you have to log out and check as a guest. Downloading your digital ticket goes to a nonexistent folder, making you screenshot the ticket. Adding travel documents is impossible. There's a LOT of work needed to fix this app. It's completely unacceptable in its current state.

Managed to check in fine using the app (whereas the website didn't work). The boarding pass was offered as a download but it was just a PDF and didn't offer an option to add to Google Wallet, however you can screenshot it and Google Wallet will offer an option to add it.

They refused my flight because I was with a passenger that they claimed she needs a security permit which other airlines nor the aviation it self are asking for it, eventually I had to book with another Airline and made it happen and now they refused to refund me back, unprofessional is the least wors you could say about them. Ironically they said it is their policy and I don't know why they don't have this information warned for those who require the permit instead of wasting time and money.
