THE worst airline app out there. Registration is a nightmare. There's no way to check your reservation when you're signed in, so you have to log out and check as a guest. Downloading your digital ticket goes to a nonexistent folder, making you screenshot the ticket. Adding travel documents is impossible. There's a LOT of work needed to fix this app. It's completely unacceptable in its current state.

your app never works. and you lost my luggage I have rung 3 separate numbers they all say they cannot help. jawaher the customer service agent really was rude and obnoxious for an airline who lost my luggage I am not sure what else to do they have a WhatsApp number and no one replies to you. I want my luggage back. help me to understand how this can be achieved.

I usually don't write reviews but this one worth noting, the asked to change the last name which was correct and required 80 Riyal just to switch digital name, while you can't do it from the app itself !!! , deleting the app and never traveling again with this company
