UPDATE 09/14: APP CRASHES WHEN SYNCING NOW USELESS. Not counting steps or not tracking sleep properly is not the fault of the app, it's the ring. My only issue with the app is that it loses data, which sometimes reappears after I re-sync the ring several times, or if I unbind the ring and rebind it. Most mornings I can only see the sleep from the previous night, then it eventually shows up for the previous days. Same with activity. A fix would be nice.

used this for 2 different rings. I like the look and feel and navigation of the app. It found and added both compatible rings with ease. I don't think either of these low end rings give accurate O2 reading though. I'm not sure how much is the ring sensor and how much is the app. Pulse, sleep seem to be ok. Stress and blood pressure not really sure. I wish export was a PDF rather than a picture.

Overall, the app is OK. The basic telemetry is fine such as step tracking, HRV, sleep, etc. Way more useful than my watch. There are a few issues, however: 1) The sport tracker doesn't allow you to back label. This makes it useless. 2) There's no real AI that recognizes activity and labels it. 3) I'd be fine with this if the app exported all its data to google fit, but it doesn't. So I can't just use Fit either. The actual ring hardware is great, but the app is lacking.
