Ratings and reviews

I have tried to upload my drivers license to the sitter profile background check 4 times now with no success. They have already charged me $25 for a background check that will amount to nothing if I'm not allowed to submit my documentation. I'm also concerned because there are grammatical errors within the app and the sitter application process, which makes me think this might just be a big scam.

I believe this app is a scam. I signed on as a sitter 1 month ago. Since then I have gotten 3 requests for sitting from people in states other than mine. Obviously my location and radius I put into my profile does not show in the app. Actually getting a response from their "customer support" (non- existent) to help solve this issue has been to no avail for over a week. DON'T waste you're $25 for "required background check" Ha!

Amazing App and will make your life much easier! Cuddlytails App is very user friendly. The App is very simple to schedule visits, assign pet sitters, schedule recurring walks, and anything else you need to do. I love how the pet sitters can acknowledge their schedules and check-in/check-out of each job as they complete it which gives the pet owners a greater piece of mind. I highly recommend this all! Fantastic!
