The app has great potential. I love the video appointments, chat, reminders, and the guides, reminders, and programs to follow along in the app. The downside is it frequently has tech issues. When trying to chat it just circles and won't load sometimes. When trying to continue on my program it will let me skip but not continue and that's on the web browser along with the app. I hope its fixed soon because I see the potential in the program and app and I'd like to help to move fwd in my health.

Tried to use this app, upon opening it immediately shows a log in page. I entered my email & created a password. App said in was incorrect this was 1st time I ever logged in. App won't move beyond this page, no way to obtain help.

I can't stand this app. It freezes and will not let you get out of a screen without restarting your phone. They really need to update it and fix all of the bugs.
