As many have already stated, the new alert sound is AWFUL! I've been using this app for over 6 years and this is really the first time I've had consistent, major problems. The location information is severely delayed (by an hour or more) and the new alert is terrible! My son usually arrives home before I'm alerted that he's left a location. Please fix this and give us an option to switch back to the original, non-hesrt attack causing, alert sound.

The app itself and the idea of it is great but it just doesn't work. I have 3 other people in my circle and I'm able to see where 2 of them are very easily including the driving. The tracking of my youngest just doesn't work. I've had great contact with the customer care team with many many suggestions on what it could be and solutions to the issue but none of them work. I'm unfortunately going to have to delete the app completely and find something else as this one just isn't doing what I need

I thought this was great, until I tried to cancel. I wasn't subscribed through Google Play, and the website tells me to go to manage membership in order to cancel or switch to the free version. At that point, it just ran me around in circles. I never actually had the option to downgrade to a free version. I had to actually cancel my entire account to avoid being charged for the gold level membership. This is very frustrating and I'm 100% sure that they're aware of this and it's on purpose.
