every time an app says they redesigned it usually means it got worse but not this app. their UI update was actually a solid improvement across the board. gg devs.

Honestly this app is an improvement from the old system, its easy enough to use everything is simple and straight forward, the logic of the user interface is from 2005 but im not complaining i dont want something complex or flashy i want something that gets the job done as fast and painless and conveniently as possible, this does pretty good at that.

Program suddenly stopped sending the sound alert and popup notifications and there is nothing in the notification settings which I can change to correct this. I have reached out to Verizon and my HOA and no one has been able to figure out why the alerts have stopped all of a sudden. There must be some error in the program. We need the alerts. We have Galaxy S9 Android cell phones. Please help me!
