every time an app says they redesigned it usually means it got worse but not this app. their UI update was actually a solid improvement across the board. gg devs.

Program suddenly stopped sending the sound alert and popup notifications and there is nothing in the notification settings which I can change to correct this. I have reached out to Verizon and my HOA and no one has been able to figure out why the alerts have stopped all of a sudden. There must be some error in the program. We need the alerts. We have Galaxy S9 Android cell phones. Please help me!

Updated app is not as user friendly. Why would you now have to enter a first and last name? For companies you were always able to just enter the company name. Now you are forced to enter a first and last name instead of just a company name. Also setting the date is now difficult and not easy to use. Overall this update is much worse than the original app.
