Had the app for awhile and now I started having problems with it, I have chatted with two different people due to wanting the auto pay taken off and one says it was taken care of the other says auto pay is not active and the app has been having issues that I need to go to the website to take care of my payment. I'm very unsatisfied with this app!!

Needs updates!! Since updating it wont even load. PLEASE fix your App!!!!! Again I updated and now it won't load. Just stop the updates, every time you update this app it crashes!!!!!!!!!!!

Was working well until I tried to establish Autopay via the app. simply didn't pay at all, never even properly signed up the autopay. Nearly got a late fee, and then when i paid manually, it still tried to make me pay again, despite it charging to my account. update, exact same issue. this app is garbage
