Was working well until I tried to establish Autopay via the app. simply didn't pay at all, never even properly signed up the autopay. Nearly got a late fee, and then when i paid manually, it still tried to make me pay again, despite it charging to my account. update, exact same issue. this app is garbage

Needs updates!! Since updating it wont even load. PLEASE fix your App!!!!! Again I updated and now it won't load. Just stop the updates, every time you update this app it crashes!!!!!!!!!!!

poor experience. I setup auto pay via the app, yet I just received an email saying my bill is past due? I'm also not able to log in all of a sudden. Bad user experience all around.
