Disappointing experience with HDFC Bank's mobile app. Despite being a renowned brand, the app fails to open, and the issue remains unresolved. Unacceptable for a bank of its stature. please don't show this apps on playstore. really frustrating experience.

it is worst private bank app I can find, shows basic details and you cant do a thing with it. customer care doesn't respond most of the time or gives you reference to there auto reply mail and raise query where you cant see even status because even auto reply mail don't include necessary details. worst app and service ever I can find.

Limited functionality and info available. These features will add a lot of value: 1. Show real time o/s balance, instead of annual update. Basic stuff! 2. Allow part-prepayment self servicing. This would be much easier than emailing and waiting for CS to respond and act. Self servicing will reduce operational cost. 3. Latest Amortization Schedule generation. 4. Option to select reduction of EMI upon reduction of interest rate, instead of the default of tenure change.
