HelpAlert makes automatic check-in calls to the people you care about, and tells you if they don't answer.
Set someone up once — their phone number, the times you'd like them called, and a short greeting recorded in your own voice. HelpAlert does the rest.
How it works
• At each time you choose, we call and play your recorded message.
• They press any key to let you know they're fine.
• If nobody answers, we call again 15 minutes later.
• If there's still no answer, your nominated emergency contact is told, so someone can check on them.
• You get a notification and an email for every call, answered or not.
• Each weekend, a gentle reminder to make a real call yourself.
The person you're calling needs nothing
No app to install and no smartphone required. HelpAlert calls mobiles and landlines alike, so it works for people who don't use technology at all.
Also for lone workers
The same check-in and escalation suits anyone working alone who would like someone to notice if they don't respond.
