0 or negative stars. It’s been long 4 months of having this useless app! I signed-up and got no error upon registration. I received email confirmation but cannot log-in using the same credentials! I also tried updating and re-installing the app but still no progress! Last resort was to click forget password but after that I do receive any registration link. Been doing and trying to log-in mulitiple times. Also, no email confirmation or update on getting technical support. The heck. Worst app!

Had the same issue w/ the person below. I created an account and didn't encounter any error at all. Also, received my log in credentials via email so I thought I was able to signed up successfully yet I am not able to log in up until now.I've tried resetting my password but I haven't received the link. Also tried signing up again maybe it didn't went through and says I already had an existing account. Lastly, I tried updating the app still doesn't work. So frustrated right now.

The app recognized that I have already signed up and when I try to sign in, invalid password and email. When I try to request for password reset link, no link is being sent. The system is completely broken, I shouldn't have to reach out to support just to reset my password.
