It is easy to use the app but they ring the doctor and usually nobody answers or they answer but they just immediately refer you without proper inquiry and diagnosis. only 1 doctor from the app has been helpful so far. the rest are rushing to end the call. it would be better if your patient-doctor interaction are in app to avoid doctors not taking calls or monitor the experience for proper feedback and evaluation. you can learn from the doctor anywhere app which is 100% way easier to use.

The app takes forever to log in as there's always an issue or error. Also, they will call you and they do not have any signal then the call would drop ending you with a text saying you cannot be reached even though they are the one who doesn't have any stable signal to begin with.

I hope PhilCare makes the app fully accessible to all members, including those with prepaid HMO plans. Everyone should be able to access features like Profile, HMO details, and LOA requests. I registered and logged in successfully, but only DigiConsult is available. If prepaid members can't use the other features, it defeats the purpose of having the app. I hope this will be improved.
