this application is ridiculously annoying! it has to be easy to use since there was an upgrade but it keeps on bugging. 1. I was not able to log in and I have a scheduled appointment good thing the provider called me via mobile phone 2. I need to download a file so I can make an appointment for my laboratory however it keeps stating that the site is taking too long to load! 3. when I was able to load the said I can't download the file. was this an upgrade seems like a downgrade

Worst online consultation experience I’ve ever had. The DigiMed consultation link barely works after multiple attempts to access it, it either fails to load or freezes at the next step. This is clearly not an issue with my internet connection, as I consistently get 800 Mbps on speed tests and have no problems with other apps or services. After wasting time. The doctor had to cancel the appointment due to poor signal on their end. Completely unacceptable please fix your system.

update: new app looks better but overall services are still poor, long wait time for online consult. Sometimes the doctor doesn't even answer back. Very few specialists in the system. Only upside is the customer service call isn't as slow as other HMOs, still can't call their phone number though it's always busy or unavailable. og review: You can't scroll down, and it doesn't fit screen. How are you supposed to click on the buttons below? Poor design. No easy option to view LOA in progress.
