Ratings and reviews

This application especially in its DigiConsult is unresponsive whenever it is needed the most. As I've experienced when I had a fever, I contacted them a lot but no response was made. It will blame you the problem why you were not able to be contacted whereas it is the app and the totality of it that must be blamed due to its inconsistent service. What a poor service! Not recommending this app, it will disappoint you. The damage has been done, apology will not fix it.

It is easy to use the app but they ring the doctor and usually nobody answers or they answer but they just immediately refer you without proper inquiry and diagnosis. only 1 doctor from the app has been helpful so far. the rest are rushing to end the call. it would be better if your patient-doctor interaction are in app to avoid doctors not taking calls or monitor the experience for proper feedback and evaluation. you can learn from the doctor anywhere app which is 100% way easier to use.

The app takes forever to log in as there's always an issue or error. Also, they will call you and they do not have any signal then the call would drop ending you with a text saying you cannot be reached even though they are the one who doesn't have any stable signal to begin with.
