Initially, I couldn't register for an account with an error stating my birthdate is incorrect. As of today, I was able to register but can't proceed to view the account. After the login page, there will be security page where to input the OPT code, but the proceed button is missing. Tried closing the app, rebooting my phone. Still the same issue. Edit/02/07: With the recent update, after logging in and receiving the OTP, the "sign up" button is now present, but after tapping, still not working.

Such a hassle logging in to this app. First it was not being able to register an online account. Then after the recent app update, I've been struggling to log in since it gets stuck on the verification code page. The website is not as useful either; I just wanted to use the MindCare app. Imagine having this hassle and it's an emergency.

Doesn't accept valid password, hence unable to login. When you choose Forgot password, reset doesn't work. The reset link the app sends in the email says the link is already expired even though the email have just arrived. Even if you're able to get through the reset site, it doesn't accept the new password you submit. The submit button doesn't work, your just stuck on that page.
