Maids or cleaning experts are taken on a walk-through of the residence or office, both upon arrival to receive their assignments and upon completion to ensure tasks are completed to the customer’s satisfaction.

For security reasons, all service professionals are screened; any maid or cleaning technician entering a customer's home has been vetted.

Customers can rate their maids on the app once an order has been marked as complete by the maid.
