Very disappointing experience with the Jeevee app. The app almost always lags and feels poorly. Customer service is rude and unhelpful, and replies usually come after 2–3 days. What’s even worse is the points earned after successfully placing orders cannot be redeemed for discounts, making them practically useless. Overall, bad performance, poor customer support, and a misleading rewards system. Needs serious improvement

Terrible experience with Jeevee Health. I cancelled an order on November 3, expecting a refund within 7-10 days as stated. After multiple follow-ups, they claimed they weren’t aware of cancellations unless "manually informed," which is absurd for a e-commerce platform. They promised a refund with 2-3 days, but I still haven’t received it in my account. I placed another order on November 14, and which had been pending for 10 days and arrived just now after constantly reaching out.

It took 6 days for my order to be delivered. Additionally, they were promoting the app on their Instagram account, offering free gifts for purchases over a certain amount. However, when I checked the app the day before, this offer was available. The very next day, when I placed my order, the offer was still being promoted on their Instagram, but it wasn't applicable on the app.I also had to keep following up on the delivery status through their Instagram account, as there was no tracking system
