Worst customer service provider. They just lie one after another. I got my products delivered. It's been more than 10 days and there is no Jeevee points. They were promoting I will get 20% cashback when I pay via Fonepay. I did so, but I haven't received any cashback. It's not big amount but fooling your customer is not good. Not all but some will take legal action then you guys will understand. There is no option of rating in Minus, else I would have given that. I hope you guys shut this out

Terrible experience with Jeevee Health. I cancelled an order on November 3, expecting a refund within 7-10 days as stated. After multiple follow-ups, they claimed they weren’t aware of cancellations unless "manually informed," which is absurd for a e-commerce platform. They promised a refund with 2-3 days, but I still haven’t received it in my account. I placed another order on November 14, and which had been pending for 10 days and arrived just now after constantly reaching out.
