Ratings and reviews

From an UI perspective, there were some elements that were hard to navigate. Like, when trying to find clients, their profile descriptions did not fully expand so it's hard to see why they said they're in the platform or their needs. The matching % also seemed arbitrary and inconsistent. As a coach, the platform doesn't have enough active or real members to work as intended and the ones that are active have sexual intentions. No thanks. Great concept, subpar experience.

I've had this app for roughly a month and I do love the idea behind it. Being able to have a client database and store data is a great idea. However, I have seen quite a few profiles that reflect a "dating" profile and I wish that there was a way to wean those out. It would also be helpful if coaches and clients were in separate categories.

If you just try to look around the app, and click on become a coach, you get stuck in that page, and you cannot do anything else than buy the stupid subscription, or just delete the app and even when you reinstall the app you still get stuck in the same loop where you get forced to pay and back or any other button than paying doesn't work, and when creating an account you have to meet the password criteria exactly. So 1 star, bad app design, and I can't delete my account because of this.
