Ratings and reviews

Sorry to say, but I got hooked by an ad - intrigued by the possibility - but signing up as a coach was a waste of time and money. The "clients" roster is a mix of people who appear to have signed up for a dating app and people who thought they were signing up as coaches. I get notices that people send me messages, but when I check the message tab the message count is going up even though the messages don't show. And, all messages I have seen are inappropriate anyway. Hard pass.

i used this app for a month no problems everything seemed to work as it was supposed to. I didn't get any clients but I usually give these things 90 days to work anyway. My problem came in yesterday when my payment automatically charged to my account and then when I open Muse it says I haven't paid and I can't do anything with the app. So you got my money for month 2 but I can't do anything in it.

I got a notification of a message from a client wanting to work with me, but that message doesn't show in my messages (they only show messages I've sent) and though you can filter "recent activity" by messages, etc. The only activity showing is profile updates. There is no way to contact support in the app. Though it says you can add content, it only will upload videos. Same problems other users mentioned. NOTE: "Updates" improved nothing. No improvements BEGGED for by reviewers have been made.
