Ratings and reviews

I got a notification of a message from a client wanting to work with me, but that message doesn't show in my messages (they only show messages I've sent) and though you can filter "recent activity" by messages, etc. The only activity showing is profile updates. There is no way to contact support in the app. Though it says you can add content, it only will upload videos. Same problems other users mentioned. NOTE: "Updates" improved nothing. No improvements BEGGED for by reviewers have been made.

i used this app for a month no problems everything seemed to work as it was supposed to. I didn't get any clients but I usually give these things 90 days to work anyway. My problem came in yesterday when my payment automatically charged to my account and then when I open Muse it says I haven't paid and I can't do anything with the app. So you got my money for month 2 but I can't do anything in it.

From an UI perspective, there were some elements that were hard to navigate. Like, when trying to find clients, their profile descriptions did not fully expand so it's hard to see why they said they're in the platform or their needs. The matching % also seemed arbitrary and inconsistent. As a coach, the platform doesn't have enough active or real members to work as intended and the ones that are active have sexual intentions. No thanks. Great concept, subpar experience.
