terrible app and service. It is absolutely impossible to make an appointment. I have been trying to get an appointment for over 2 weeks now and there is no way to contact PSIRA directly.

All the dates that appear on the system for appointments are always fully booked. Why not make the system automatically allocate dates for collecting PSIRA cards/certificates after acceptance of online payments? For example: Once a renewal payment is accepted, the system could provide clients with 3 available dates to choose from, making it easier to secure bookings. Alternatively, after payment, the system could send an SMS notification informing clients when and where to collect card/Certif

The company is useless with answering phone calls. Every call rings for 3 minutes, 11 seconds, and then just cuts off. You can phone multiple times and have the same problem happen. Their customer support is absolutely pathetic. They do not care enough about their customer to sort this issue out as it's been happening for months! If I could rate lower, I would. I'm absolutely appalled by Psiras' commitment to just not caring enough!
