About this app

The PALECO Mobile was designed for the use of its member-customer-owners (MCOs) to view their accounts while on-the-go.

It can be downloaded through Google Play and installed in an Android smartphone and tablet.

At this time, The PALECO Mobile has the following features:

• it provides viewing access to MCOs of their unpaid bill with the
corresponding due date;
• payment made from PALECO Main Office will be reflected within an hour;
and
• payment made from banks (FCB, RCBC, China Bank, UnionBank and
PNB) and other collecting agents such as Palawan Pawnshop, GCash,
etc. will be reflected within 24 hours.

Accounts from Satellite Offices such as Aborlan, Narra, Quezon, Brooke’s Point, Roxas, Taytay, and Cuyo shall be part of the next update.

The PALECO Management will make constant improvements to this application in order to provide better services to its MCOs.

Ratings and reviews

Every time I make a payment through GCash, I receive a notification saying I made the same transaction, even though I only paid once. To avoid confusion, I suggest adding a QR code generation feature in your app for each billed month. This way, when we pay via GCash, we can simply upload or scan the generated QR code to complete the payment easily and accurately.

This app is slowly breaking. the bulletins that gave updates stopped working months ago, and now I can't access my account information. You can rely on this app as much as you can rely on the power to go a month without a brownout.

This app is trash. I paid my electric bill but then the payment is still not posted and the freaking reference number and amount suddenly changed. Now I need to wait a long time for the refund and try to pay the bill again. I don't even know why it suddenly changed.
