About this app

Pool Gate is a ticket book for the person on the gate. Set up your sessions once
— morning, ladies hour, evening, whatever you run — with their times, adult and
child rates, and an optional capacity. From then on, selling a ticket is a tap on
the session and a couple of taps on the steppers.

SESSIONS
Every session carries its own times, adult rate, child rate and capacity. Today's
occupancy is shown on each session card with a progress bar, so you can see at a
glance which session is filling up and which one is full.

SELL A TICKET IN SECONDS
Pick the session, step the adults and children up or down, add a locker number
and fee if you issue lockers, and the ticket amount totals live as you go. Rates
are copied onto the ticket when it is issued, so changing a rate later never
rewrites yesterday's takings.

TODAY AT THE GATE
The Today screen shows every ticket you have issued today, newest first, under a
header with the swimmers currently counted in, the money taken and the ticket
count — plus a capacity cue for each session.

TAKINGS DAY BY DAY
Every ticket is grouped by day with that day's swimmers, ticket count and
takings, and the overall total collected across all days sits at the top.

REPORTS
A 14-day chart you can flip between takings and swimmers, the adults-versus-
children split, takings broken down by session, and your average ticket value.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
There is no sign-up, no cloud, no tracking and no ads. Nothing leaves the phone.
Everything you enter is stored locally and you can delete all of it at any time
from Settings.

Built for pool operators, community centres, hotel pools, clubs and anyone who
sells entry by the session.
