Absolutely not! I came in through an Instagram ad. I never received an email with what I paid for or any other information. I could not find their website until after being charged an additional fee, which I had rejected upon initial setup. Once I found the website through the link associated with the payment notification from my bank (a week later), the app never allowed me to log in. I could only access anything from the website, and even then, I never got the report I paid for.

Spent a whole day going back and forth with support team at respontika. Atleast they are responsive. However, will warn anyone to reallyyyy check before you buy any service because it's designed to create an account automatically as soon as u give your bank details. And will also auto subscribe you for a weekly plan and start charging. I found that after 3 weeks of initial purchase of 1 GBP, and so a whole day wasted fighting for a refund. The only silver lining is I did manage to get refund.

SCAM ALERT! DO NOT NOT NOT GIVE THEM EVEN 1 DOLLAR!! this app sucks. couldnt log in. asked for refund immediately after not being able to log in and was told 24 hours, never received an email as I was told I would. got an email saying they were going to charge me again for the week after asking for cancelation/refund. all I get is someone telling me it is outside their policy when I asked about the refund.they claimed theyre refunding the dollar after giving them my ticket number &neg. review.
