Hands down the worst possible OTT platform. First, they charge AED 200 for subscription to a package of movies, all of which are available on other platforms. Recently, they renewed my subscription, which I had no intention of renewing. When I messaged them immediately requesting to cancel and refund it, they said their policy didn't allow it. I requested them to cancel anyhow. They did, but along with it, cancelled all access to the content for which I've already paid for a whole year.

Good app for South Indian movie collection. However, I wish TV casting worked more smoothly, as it can be a bit unreliable at times. The app's user interface could definitely be improved for a better browsing experience. Also, it would be much more convenient if subscription management was handled directly within the app, rather than needing to send emails to make changes. Overall, great content but a few areas need polishing.

Worst ever app. I have heard about the issues with this app but thinking that i was just temporary, i subscribed to it recently only to realise that it does not work on the mobile phone as well as on the tv. The worst is that im unable to even stop my subscription. Emailed the support team since day one but instead of assisting to end my subscription and stop charging me further, they are so keen in on knowing the model number..software version etc. Wasted 2 months of subscription money!
