Ratings and reviews

The app looked interesting and I wanted to try it, but there was no free trial. I paid for a month to month subscription and I was only able to do ONE 3 minute first lesson in my topic. To continue I have to pay for the year subscription. I came to check reviews if anyone else had this issue and saw all the negative reviews. I can't access any more, but there's no interactivity really at all. They use false advertising. Uninstalled within 1 hour.

Do not recommend. In just three days of using the app I found no benefit. The lessons were vague and overly simple. A complete waste of time and money. I canceled my monthly subscription shortly after and deleted the app yet they continued to charge my card. When I contacted customer service to refund the unauthorized charges I was met by persistent refusal stating my request didn't "meet the requirements" for a refund. I think being charged for a service you've canceled should qualify. Crooks.

Feels like this app is a scam. I signed up for (and paid for) 1 month because I wasn't sure if I would like it. Not even a free trial! I did one lesson and couldn't do another lesson without signing up for the yearly plan. I couldn't find a way to contact any sort of customer service. so I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company.
