SnapCor helps thermographers create client-ready reports faster without changing everything they already do. Build the report during the inspection and generate the final PDF in under 60 seconds, directly on your Android tablet or mobile. Deliver results before you leave site.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Reports generated on-site - no office rework needed
• Import thermal and visual images from your camera
• Capture asset + inspection details on-site
• Annotate faults with AI-assisted temperature processing
• BS7671-compliant load/temperature correction - automatic, no manual calculations
• AI-assisted fault grading: Minor / Important / Serious / Critical
• Add consistent root-cause + remedial recommendations
• Produce a fully formatted PDF report with fault pages, tables, and images
• Compare inspections over time with trending and historic data
• Used for professional thermography reporting across electrical and building surveys
BUILT FOR REAL-WORLD THERMOGRAPHY WORKFLOWS
SnapCor is designed around the way thermographers work: Scan → import → analyse → grade → report. The interface follows familiar fault-page and work-order style layouts, helping teams adopt it with minimal training.
TEMPLATES & USE CASES
• Electrical thermography: LV/HV panels, MCCs, transformers, ACBs, contactors, isolators, generators, motors, cable terminations
• Building envelope: insulation defects, air leakage, moisture ingress, cladding/facade issues
• Multi-site maintenance reporting: standardised templates and repeatable outputs
CAMERA & FILE COMPATIBILITY
SnapCor supports imports from leading thermal camera ecosystems including FLIR, Fotric, Workswell, Hikmicro, Guide Sensmart and InfraTec. It works with common image formats (JPG/PNG/TIFF) and supports FLIR radiometric .is2 where available.
OFFLINE-FIRST + SECURE
Work fully offline in the field with local storage, then optionally sync to a central system when online. Data is protected with encrypted local storage and authenticated sync options.
Note: SnapCor is a reporting platform, thermal inspections require a
compatible thermal camera for image capture.
