The First Spring Census Application is an innovative digital tool designed to support the nationwide initiative for systematic documentation and management of natural springs. Developed under the National Institute of Hydrology, Roorkee, the application enables field scientists, government officials, and community workers to collect real-time data on spring characteristics, including location, discharge, water quality, and socio-environmental parameters.
