products are good using from 7 years but facing problem in the application can't track my order even there is no information regarding my order in the app .. kindly give updates in the application also

Their account section doesn't work. I have no idea how to track my order, view orders, or anything about the delivery address etc.

although I liked the product but I am now giving 1 star because I am not able to add some items for the particular shade in the cart it's always showing different shade. example i am adding shade no. 2 or 3 of eyebrow definer but everytime cart is showing shade no. 1 is added. also I am not getting any customer care number available in app to address my issue. resolve this issue and I will update my rating .
