1) They need to add fancy products too! There are very few shades of lip & nail colours that are in today! 2) the products are too expensive compared to the quantity. 3) the packaging is quite boring. The bottles/ containers lack attractiveness in terms of shapes & colours.

Most of the time it takes so long to log in. Sometimes unable to log in. The app is a.disaster. order is.never delivered as per scheduled. Customer service sucks even more. Everytime I place an order I have to write an email enquiry.about my order and they always response with it has been delivered.. If this is how they do business then I want to say goodbye to oriflame. Products may be good but the app and delivery service and customer service are total disapppointment.

Can't process payment with HDFC CC always saying couldn't process. It always refreshes your gifts away cart is always as it is always asking thrice to cancel it and the gifts are removed. Our 2000 rs. Gift got cancelled while we paid and the gift is done excellent. We won't be placing any order now on. 21/jan and the problem again persist as we were unable to login come on tatkal ticket works better than this
