Horrible app. I created an account with my email a week ago. I got a confirmation email from them. Now they dont recognize my email. When shopping for glasses, you view a pair and want to go back, it takes you all the way back to the main menu rather than the previous list. So time consuming. Found the glasses I want and chose all the options. It gives me the price WITHOUT insurance but I click to view the price with insurance it does ok til the end then spins and spins.. Over 10 min now.

Can't login to the app. Was able to login on the website but can't on the app with the same credentials.

Works well. I really like the benefits section. It's very clear what I'm eligible for.
