I think the instructions should be more clear. Multiple items are placed together and it's hard to know where to click. Also, I don't see any instructions on how often I am supposed to use the app. Every day is a bit much but a notification would be nice. I also don't know what it means when it asks you to describe an "event."

It does not provide for tailored input like this.

this app is too repetitive. if you complete a task, it shouldn't open it up again.
