About this app

SWIMMA is your triathlon swim coach. The app provides a swim training plan based on the triathlon you’re training for: Sprint, Olympic, 70.3 Ironman, or Full Ironman. Every week, our proprietary algorithm takes your performance data from each workout, and adjusts your training plan for the next week, just like a coach would. You get your fresh plan every Monday, ready for the week ahead. Using your performance data, the app will signal when you might be overtraining or risking injury. The cherry on the cake is a dashboard, displaying a summary of your performance data so you can track your progress throughout the plan.
Using the app is simple: sign up, pick your plan, start your first session, and after you complete your 2nd week of training, your plan will start adapting.
We’re building a community of swimmas on discord, where you can vote for the next features we add to the app, and engage with other athletes using SIWMMA.

* Why this app: swimming is still in the dark age of PDF training plans, excel spreadsheet trackers, and expensive in-person coaching. We want to give swimmers what they deserve: a truly personal training experience, led by their unique performance data, and at a great price.
* Why now: every year roughly 300,000 people take on a triathlon in the UK, and we want as many of those brave souls as possible to have a premium swim training experience without the cost.
* For who: we’re starting with triathlon swimmers going 750 meters or more in the open water. That means anyone doing a triathlon at or above sprint distance. We’re coming to help everyone else too, watch this space.
