This company does not honor their subscriptions. I have been paying monthly for months with no tracking provided. No alerts when the device moves, no alerts on battery status, absolutely nothing. They refuse to refund money for months of paying and receiving no service. I would recommend using another company and other devices. Complete waste of money.

Man had great hope for this device and ap.... I just can't get it to work right..... It is suppose to update every 30 seconds.... but when it is cloudy or rains it don't work.

bad customer service! no one returns a phone call. dont buy it . no support at all.
