Worst experience , i ordered a video on the 26 th and did not receive it, now I no longer need it and the status is still arriving soon. The problem with platforms like this is that they will beleaguer you with incessant calls but would not deliver on the promises. Of course, you have agreed to the terms and conditions do they are not bound by your needs to send the video.

I ordered one video message and I paid 1359 Rs for that and they took 15 day of my time and after that they cancelled the order and said, "We've processed the refund and it will be reflected in your A/c within 5-8 business days" but now it's almost a month and still I did not recieve my amount back also when I tried contacting them, they always says we refunded the amount but I did not receive it in my account also I contacted bank but there is no such transaction reflecting. It's a fraud app

I would have given zero if there was an option I had ordered a birthday wish for my friend's birthday and despite placing an order 20days prior they send a message saying there is a delay and wish cannot be completed in time due to high demand.Worst service worst app!
