I just had it for a month or so. But always connection problem and log don't sync properly. It should change to driving after 5mph. But never did always stay off duty for the entire duration of my travel. Will wait and see what they can do to fix the problem for the last time. CS are quick to answer the phone and try to help. The issue is never resolved for once. The log on the app is completely different then the actual log on the computer.

Almost Free Delivery

I would absolutely NOT recommend this company! I have been going back and forth with this company since January 2020! The lack of customer service is ridiculous! I don't even have the devices in my trucks anymore. I've probably had 4 or 5 different "account specialists". Look up their BBB score before you think about signing on with this ELD service!

I've been using this for 2 days. Been on the phone with tech support once each day. If I make stops during the day yr app can't tell me how much driving I have available for that day. That is something that's vital. Tech support sair you have to go into yr log for that day add up all the driving time subtract that from 11. Not happening. Do not like trucker path but I'm forced to use it. I really don't think tech support even knows their system. Low budget operation. No faith in tech support.
