It's an exceptional service. Highly recommend it. Their customer service department strive to always provide the best care, they call at least once a quarter to see if you have any questions or suggestions and are always looking to improve their product. It has been a pleasure to have them as our ELD provider.

Former RM ELD development tester. First off, very good ELD. As an administrator and driver, I love the All in one area of the app to access most of everything you will need as a driver. Room for improvement lies in 2 areas. 1st trip data must manually be entered daily even if still on same trip from prior day. *Fix?* allow an option to carry over trip data from prior log to current. 2nd not sure why but post trip reports will not allow entry of final odometer. ran out of review space.

It is not good at all. Coordinates are inaccurate, even with location allowed all the time and unrestricted battery.
