So this is how the app works, you select something you pay and it moves to accepted in a second. Then for an hour nothing changes you wait for it to move to preparing and out for delivery but it never does. You call the outlet and the Automated voice just keeps you on and cuts you off. If someone picks (just call 3-5 times and wait 5 minutes each). They will say hello pretend not to hear and drop the call. There is a reason for zomato and Swiggy.

I ordered from La Pino'z Pizza, but the delivery took around 1 hour and 30 minutes, even though my home is only 3 km away from the store. The excessive delay made the overall experience very disappointing. There was also no proper update regarding the status of my order during the wait. The restaurant should focus on timely delivery and better communication with customers. After this experience, I will think twice before ordering from here again.

ordered @ 8:15 pm there was no update on after accepting order so after 1 hour called the outlet, no1 picked the call there, after continuously calling them for 6-7 time finally some1 picked the call and seemed like they forgot that there was an order to deliver. after more than an hour the pizza were delivered which were completely cold and delivered items were also wrong. when called the outlet again about wrong pizza he said nothing can be done, we didn't have material for your order.
