Joining the chorus of folks who won't be renewing the app due to lost recordings. AI transcription works well, but the app apparently doesn't store the recording locally before uploading. So if it's unable to upload in a timely fashion for whatever reason, it loses it. Such a basic design flaw - avoiding data loss should be the first priority. This used to happen rarely but has become more frequent, including today.

Completely broken and customer service is non-existent. For months now, it has regularly failed to upload recordings. They just sit there, not ever uploading and the retry/download/playback buttons all do nothing. It was intermittent before, but now it fails 100% of the time regardless of whether I'm on Wi-Fi or mobile data. I'm following all their guidelines for keeping the app open, etc. I contacted support and it literally took them 8 weeks to say that they're "working on it"

I am an extreme user of the app and am currently ranked 49 globally as a user. It works very well for single-speaker recordings, lets you create organized pages, and provides easy shareable links. However, initial transcriptions often contain errors, so you should always regenerate them (then they're good) Great for personal use, but I wouldn’t rely on it as my only tool for important business recordings. Previously, I've recordings fail to upload or take days to process, but not lately.
