Not a fan of having apps track us clients like this. Also lost all previous rewards. This is the second time the store has changed its process and lost all my rewards. 4 times ive mentioned this but each time im told it will be handled and ill get rewards back. But nothing. Old system so much better than this big brother system. Not impressed.

Knew this was gonna happen. Switched systems and the 20% and 30% I had attached to my phone number is gone. "Check your number on the app and you should see discounts restored" they said when I visited last week. UGH! Having to start over sucks. Wish Zips would have did more to ensure the transfer to the new system actually worked like it was supposed to. š

I accumulated about 15, 30 percent off's. I'm pretty sure I lost them all. Second time they did this. I'll just get my Medical card and go to the market. 10/14. Manager didn't do a damn thing. Going to get my medical card renewed. This is literally the 3rd time you all have done this bs. I had to go into that store 160 times to get those points. Now they're gone... again. This place is just completely unprofessional. From the way the staff dresses to the low class music they have playing.
