Functional but pushy. It works great for checking inventory and ordering online. I have had no problems with it or the stores. The notifications on the other hand I find to be a bit much. I wish I could figure out a way to opt out of all the "sale" notifications yet still receive the notifications about orders I have placed.

I'm never able to save my loyalty points. not on the website or the app. I've tried both. there's some kind of error between Google and "dutchie" the parent company that zips uses. I get an error message when trying to login that says "Dutchess does not follow Google standards" or something like that. would be nice to get my loyalty points and use the rewards. I've been shopping here for well over a year now and never get any points.

Knew this was gonna happen. Switched systems and the 20% and 30% I had attached to my phone number is gone. "Check your number on the app and you should see discounts restored" they said when I visited last week. UGH! Having to start over sucks. Wish Zips would have did more to ensure the transfer to the new system actually worked like it was supposed to. 🙄
