Security, registration and use:

Registration in the app is done with the access data from our online customer portal. https://meine.bosch-bkk.de is identical and requires no further registration. If you would like to register for one of our online services for the first time, you can do so easily and directly via the Bosch BKK app. You will receive your login details by mail or email after registration.

Do you already use the Bosch BKK ePA app? Then you can also register with these login details.

Integrity Check
The app cannot be used on devices with older operating systems, as security updates are no longer provided for these systems.

For additional security, the app uses an integrity check. This check verifies whether your device is unmodified and secure – based on hardware-based methods.

This helps to optimally protect your sensitive data. Please note: Devices that fail this check (e.g., due to rooting or a modified operating system) may not be supported.

For security reasons, our app does not support rooted devices ("jailbroken").

Bosch BKK is continuously developing the app. Additional features will be added in the future. We welcome your feedback on the app via the menu in the "Contact" / "Contact Request" section.
