What is Appa? Appa, All Procrastinators’ Personal Assistant is a tech platform that simplifies and spreads awareness about procrastination, psychology and neuroscience without offering medical or counseling services.
Appa (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a technology platform designed to make psychology and neuroscience accessible, engaging, affordable and actionable for everyday life. We believe that understanding your mind should be simple, stigma-free, and empowering. Our tools and content are educational in nature — we are not a provider of psychiatric or counseling services, and we do not diagnose, treat, or manage mental health conditions.
Appa is not a substitute for therapy or professional care. If you are in crisis or need mental health support, please contact a licensed professional or a local helpline.
