What’s new

Playstore Policy Alignment:

When the user taps "Open Accessibility Settings" and the service is not yet enabled, a prominent disclosure AlertDialog is shown BEFORE opening system settings.
-The dialog: Has two explicit buttons:
- "I Agree" (opens settings).
- "I Do Not Agree" (closes dialog, stays on screen).
- Pressing Back or tapping outside does NOT dismiss it (not treated as consent).
