This app uses Android’s optional AccessibilityService only to support core safety features when you enable it: detecting your configured emergency trigger (for example, rapid power-button / screen off–on) so SOS can run when normal phone use may be difficult, and related safety features described in the app (such as check-in or emergency monitoring if you turn them on).

AccessibilityService is not used for advertising, reading other apps’ private content, stealing passwords, bypassing Android privacy controls, or remote call recording. You manually enable or disable VesnaGuard in Settings → Accessibility at any time.
