"Did I take my medicine today?" This simple medication management app eliminates that anxiety.

■ Medication Reminder Notifications
Notifications will be sent at the set time. You can record "Took" or "Skip" directly from the notification, eliminating the need to open the app. • Flexible frequency settings: daily, specific days of the week, or every X days
• Multiple notifications can be set per day, such as morning, noon, evening, and before bedtime (frequently used times can be added with one tap)
• When medication is saved, the next reminder date and time will be displayed
• Notifications and alarms can be used separately for each medication time
• Repeated reminders until you take your medication (you can set the number of reminders and intervals. If you select "Until recorded," it will continue for up to 4 hours from the scheduled time)
• Medications recorded before the scheduled time will not trigger a notification
• Snooze function to remind you again later (it will remind you again after the same time interval as the re-reminder)
• Even if you miss a notification, you can correct the record later
• Supports as-needed medication (checks the interval since the last dose and displays the next time you can take it in large letters. If it has passed, it will say "You can take it now")
• By turning on "Select number and time each time you take" for each medication, you can select the number and time you took it when recording. Even if you record it after taking the medication, it will be recorded at the actual time you took it.
- You can pause notifications for medications you've finished taking.
- You can change the notification and alarm sounds by opening the sound selection screen in the settings.

■ Remaining Medication Management
The remaining medication count automatically decreases each time you record taking your medication. You will be notified with an alert when the remaining amount is low. You can also set medications that are difficult to count, such as eye drops, not to be counted. This can be switched for each medication.
- The remaining number is displayed in the unit written on the dosage (tablet, packet, capsule, etc.). Even if it is written as "1 tablet (5mg)", it will be counted as a tablet.
- When you receive medication, you can add it to the remaining amount by simply entering the number of days or quantity in the "Replenish" section of the editing screen. From the replenishment notification, you can directly open the replenishment input.
• Remaining medication alert (can be set to any number)
• Displays an estimate of how many days' worth remains (for frequently taken as-needed medications, it is calculated based on recent usage)
• Displays approximately when the current remaining medication will last when replenishing or scheduling the next appointment.
• Register the planned replenishment date and prescription expiration date, and you will be notified on the day (can also be used as a guide for replenishing medications that do not count remaining medication)
• Convenient for keeping track of prescription timing at hospitals and pharmacies

■ Managing Appointment Dates
You can register the next appointment date, hospital, and department for each medication.
• You will be notified at 7 PM the day before the appointment and at 7 AM on the day of the appointment (can be turned off in settings)
• When there are less than 7 days until the appointment, "How many days left" will be displayed above today's medication.
• In the calendar, medications from the same day and the same hospital are displayed together on one line.
• The next appointment date can be entered with one tap in 2 weeks, 4 weeks, or 8 weeks. For medications where you can count remaining medication, you can also select the "day when the medication runs out."

■ Medication History Calendar
A monthly calendar displays your medication status at a glance. Days when you took all your medication, only some, or missed doses are distinguished by the shape and color of the marker. Selecting a date allows you to check the record for that day (taken, skipped, etc.).

• Convenient for sharing with family, your doctor, and pharmacist.
• You can check and correct the time and quantity of medication taken later.
• Selecting today displays the number of medications that haven't been recorded yet.
• You can check your medication adherence rate for the current month and the trend over the past 6 months in a graph.
• Doctor visit dates are marked on the calendar.
• History can be exported as PDF or CSV.
• You can leave notes for each record.
• You can understand your tendency to forget to take medication.

■ Backup and Restore
You can save your medication, medication history, and settings to a file. You can restore them to their original state even after changing devices or reinstalling the app.

■ Home Screen Widget
Displays today's medication on the home screen. You can record when you've taken your medication without opening the app.

■ Support when notifications don't sound
Notifications may not be received due to power saving settings on your device, etc. The settings screen includes a notification self-check to verify if notifications are working correctly, and a guide summarizing troubleshooting for each device.

■ Privacy
Because this app handles important information like medication, we have designed it as follows:
・Medication information and medication records are stored only on your device and are not sent to external servers.
・Account registration is not required.
・We do not collect personal information such as your name or email address.
・Medication records and notifications can be used even in areas without a signal.
・To provide the app for free, we display advertisements (Google AdMob). Communication and advertising IDs are used for ad delivery. Please see our privacy policy for details.

■ Simple and easy-to-use design
・Large text and buttons that are easy to use for people in their 40s to 70s.
・You can choose from three font sizes: "Small," "Standard," and "Large." Selecting "Smaller" allows you to display more of today's medications at once.
* Today's medications are listed below regular medications, along with any as-needed medications.
* Even if you scroll down today's medications, you can check the number of medications taken on the bar at the top.
* Whether you've taken your medication is indicated by a large mark and text colored with the medication's color.
* Intuitive operation; no tutorial required.
* Rounded, easy-to-read font.
* Choose from 9 color schemes. "Choose Your Own" automatically creates a color scheme that is easy to read from your preferred colors (Android 12 and above can also match the device's color).
* Dark mode support (you can choose between light and dark, in addition to matching your smartphone's settings).
* You can always check the update details in the "Update History" section of the settings screen.

This app is not a medical device. Always consult your doctor or pharmacist regarding medication use. This app is intended solely as a tool to assist with medication.

・次回受診日を「お薬がなくなる日」でもすぐ選べるようにしました
・表示する広告の絞り込みが、アプリを開いた直後から効くようにしました

【改善】
・履歴で今日を選ぶと、まだ記録していないお薬の数を表示するようにしました
・ピンクなどの色合いで、飲み忘れと一部服用の色を見分けやすくしました
・色を自分で選ぶ画面の見本を、今日のお薬と同じ形にしました

【修正】
・同じ日に病院が2つあると、前日のお知らせが片方しか出ないことがある問題を直しました

・頓服薬の補充を日数で入れることは、1日に飲む量が決まっていないため見送りました
