This app is not designed to help you quit drinking.
It's an app for reviewing whether you've managed to set your own "drink-free days" each week.
■ For those who:
・Don't necessarily want to quit, but feel that drinking every day is a bit excessive.
・Intend to have alcohol-free days, but end up drinking consecutively.
・Don't even know how much they drink.
・Don't like being scolded or warned by an app.
■ What you can do:
◇ Set your own alcohol-free day schedule.
You can pre-determine how many days a week you'll take off and which days of the week you'll take off. Setting a schedule in advance prevents hesitation when the day arrives. You can change your goal at any time.
◇ Record drinking days in seconds.
If you register your frequently consumed alcoholic beverages as presets, the volume and alcohol content will be automatically entered. The estimated amount of pure alcohol is calculated instantly when you specify the number of bottles. You can also optionally record the cost and notes.
◇ Confirming Days You Didn't Drink
Simply tap "I Didn't Drink Today" to record it as an alcohol-free day. If you drink later, you can undo the record and re-record it.
◇ Viewing a Month on a Calendar
Days you drank, days you rested, and upcoming alcohol-free days are distinguished by color and symbols. Tapping a date allows you to quickly check that day's record.
◇ Reviewing by Weekly
You can check the number of alcohol-free days for the week, the total amount of pure alcohol consumed, a comparison with the previous week, a weekly record graph, and your achievement rate against your goals all in one place. It simply shows the increase or decrease as a fact; it doesn't evaluate or judge.
◇ Recording Your Feelings the Next Morning
You can record your "sleep," "lethargy," and "mood" the morning after drinking on a 3-point scale. As you continue, you'll become more aware of changes in your own physical sensations.
◇ Notifications to Help You Remember
Four types of reminders are available to prevent you from forgetting to record. You can freely change the time, and you can use all functions even with all reminders turned off.
■ What this app does not do
- Encourage abstinence or abstinence from alcohol

- Provide judgments such as "safe," "dangerous," or "moderate" regarding the amount of alcohol consumed
- Diagnose or treat any illness
The displayed amount of pure alcohol is an estimate calculated from the entered volume, alcohol content, and number of bottles. It does not determine the safety of drinking.

You don't have to quit. Start by deciding on days to rest.
This app isn't for quitting drinking altogether, but for deciding when to take a break. You can record your alcohol-free days and alcohol consumption, and review your progress weekly.
