I am a Nutritionist Biologist licensed to practice the profession (registration number in the National Order of Biologists AA_072788). I graduated in Health Biotechnology at the University of Udine and I obtained a PhD in Hematological Sciences at the Sapienza University of Rome.
I qualified as a Biologist, I attended a Master in Dietology and Clinical Nutrition at the Institute of Higher Education in Rome and I regularly attend scientific refresher courses, seminars and sector meetings. nutritionist in Rome.

I have always had a great deal of interest in food and I always love looking for new healthy and tasty dishes, referring to our wonderful Mediterranean diet (recognized as an intangible cultural heritage of humanity) and also drawing on the precious traditions of other cultures further away from ours.

In fact, during the consultations we do not speak only of "diet" but also of recipes and culinary tips that allow you to embark on a healthy lifestyle without sacrificing taste and without sacrifices! Feeding, in fact, does not only mean satisfying the physiological needs of the body, but it must always be a pleasure: only in this way can a healthy diet be followed constantly and therefore lead us to well-being!
