About this app

Keep photos and text editable in a small composition you can reopen. Layerthimble copies selected images into a local project and lets you arrange them with separate text layers.

Select a layer, move or resize it, change its rotation, and reorder, hide or delete it. Choose canvas dimensions and a background, make a centered square photo crop, and save the composition on this device.

Export a PNG or JPEG at the document dimensions and share it using the native share sheet. Hidden layers are omitted. JPEG uses a white background where the canvas is transparent.

A project supports up to 8 photo and text layers, with canvas dimensions from 64 to 2,048 pixels per edge. Inputs are still PNG or JPEG images up to 20 MB each, with a 10 million input-pixel limit. Large images are resized during import.

This is a bounded image-and-text composition tool. It does not edit PSD projects, generate AI images or provide a professional mask and blend-mode suite. Animated images and other image codecs are outside the supported input formats.

Projects and image processing stay on this device. Original selected images are not overwritten. No account, advertising, subscription or in-app purchase is required. The interface is in English.
