One of the worst apps ever. Even with best internet connection they always say ur internet connection is unstable. That itself makes you delete the app. They don't have half the stock of the products shown in the app. They call and tell you that and it's a waste of time. Deleting the app soon. Always late in their deliveries. Minimum order is 100aed even though location is 2 buildings away. Ridiculous service overall. Wanted to give negative rating.

dont like the new app. it's such a hassle. it cannot retain your current cart if you suddenly switch apps even for a short period. it will have you do shopping all over again. The app crashes a lot too. Now that the delivery is no longer free.. the minimum order changes every time even though i'm using the same address. however the end cart now has improved letting you see the items clearly, delivery boys are also still the most courteous, but overall experience on app now has been the worst.

Terrible experience. One item was opened or used and it took time for them take to action. Well they never bothered to replace the item. They are totally and completely not ready to compete with others. There are a lot of online supermarkets that are able and ensure their service meets the customers' expectation. Clearly West Zone is not one of those.
