I don't recommend.😡 I am very disappointed with the delivery service. They are taking an unreasonably long time, approximately 6 hours, to deliver items just 4 kilometers away. This seems unbelievable. If they cannot handle this, why would they offer delivery through their app? Customer care was also unhelpful. I doubt anyone is paying much attention, but I hope someone in a high-level position at a Westzone company takes notice and addresses this issue.

As a customer, I expect transparency and accuracy in pricing, especially when it comes to essential groceries. West Zone really needs to fix this issue, as it's incredibly frustrating to deal with unexpected costs after delivery. I would not recommend using their app unless they resolve this discrepancy. We use delivery services because we don’t have the time to shop in person, expecting it to be a hassle-free. Unfortunately, instead of making things easier, it brought more trouble 🥲

Dissapointed. After taking time looking for the item, its not available. Taking a lot of time deliver the item that result to cancellation. You should improve at least the delivery service as quick as you can. Not always customer will follow up the order. Too many bad reviews but still not working out for that to give action. Customers giving chance but still youre doing the same, nothing change. 00 rate for this just telling the truth. And you cannot post if you will not give rate.
