Ratings and reviews

My deposit has not been credited to my wallet even after waiting for more than one hour. This is the worst customer support experience I have ever had. There is no live chat option, and even after creating a ticket, there is no way to track its progress. Please make the app UI clearer and more user-friendly.

Getting worst experience from the exchange. 1). even though there are much volumes it is getting delayed to filled while buying / selling. Very Poor customer support. I have initiated an withdrawal request yesterday but still it is in pending status. Even I have raised an ticket and mailed them with regularly asking about the update but no one is replying to my mail. Depositing INR is itself is a huge task here. where they will Manually approve our deposits. for everything you want to wait.

Honestly, it's a FRAUD APP. I have deposited 1100, uploaded bank statement couple of times through website/email, but still it is getting rejected stating transaction . I am uploading a statement as requested. You guys are another flaw in this digital world. DO NOT send automated email response instead look into the issue manually and rectify it. If not, as I mentioned earlier in email we have hell lot of exchanges and options. Make a note of it. very bad response and service
