Very poor experience with KoinBX. Worst service I have ever seen. The support team is completely unresponsive — no proper replies even after multiple follow-ups. My funds are stuck, and I am unable to withdraw my cryptocurrency. This is extremely frustrating and concerning. I would strongly advise others to be very careful before using this platform.

Very poor experience. I withdrew ₹441 over 72 hours ago but the amount is still not credited. No proper update or response from support. This delay is completely unacceptable for a financial app. If this is not resolved immediately, I will take legal action and file complaints with authorities. I strongly advise everyone not to use this exchange.

I have already tried contacting support, but the issue is not resolved yet. This is causing me serious concern regarding my funds. I kindly request you to resolve this issue immediately and process my request as soon as possible.
