Activated account online and did not recieve a portal username nor was the option to make one available. Tried using the sign me up button in the app, gave my email, phone number, and policy number associated with my account just to see it can't find the account

Very irritating that you can't make a payment with this app..or even with your phone,ipad,chromebook ect. Then get charged $8 for doing it over the phone
