Warp Notes
Speak it. Save it. Remember it.
Talk for twenty seconds. Warp Notes transcribes what you said, files it where it belongs, and pulls out the parts you would otherwise have to write down yourself: reminders, people, places and next steps.
Record anywhere
A mic button floats over every screen. Record inside a category and the note files straight there. Record from anywhere else and it sorts itself.
It files itself
Every note lands in a two level home, an area of your life and then a topic inside it. Warp Notes snaps to folders you already have instead of inventing near duplicates, and when it genuinely is not sure it asks instead of guessing.
Transcripts, titles and summaries
One pass turns a recording into a title, a one line headline, a short summary, and a list of what was decided or promised.
Follow ups that stick
"I should email Sarah on Friday" becomes a real follow up. Dated or not, so "check in with Tom" is kept as a todo rather than dropped. Everything sits in one tab across Today, Upcoming and Todos, with anything overdue pinned where you cannot scroll past it.
Times that travel with you
Say 3pm and it means 3pm on your clock, wherever you are. Change timezone and your reminders come with you.
Calendar sync
Follow ups can become real events in the device calendar you choose, with a separate calendar per area if you want one. It works both ways, so editing in either place keeps the other up to date.
Ask anywhere
Tap Ask on any screen to ask a question about your own notes without losing your place. Answers cite the notes they came from, and people mentioned become tappable contacts. Calendar questions are answered on your device, so your calendar is never uploaded.
People and places
Everyone you mention gets a contact card in that area of your life, built from what you actually said. Details the AI heard wait in a "new from your notes" tray until you confirm them, so a noisy recording can never overwrite a real phone number. Named businesses become map pins you can open in Maps.
Import a contact
Add someone straight from your phone's contacts, filed into the category you choose.
Email drafts
"Draft an email to Priya about the invoice" becomes a pill on the note. Tap it and your mail app opens with the message written. Warp Notes holds no mail credentials and can never send on your behalf.
Warp Notes Business, shared workspaces for teams
A separate plan at $30 per seat per month. Groups become company records with contact details and sales territories, and you can invite teammates into a shared workspace so everyone's notes, contacts and companies live in one place. Your personal categories always stay private to you.
Plans
Free for 14 days, no card required. After that the free tier keeps short daily notes. Pro is $8.99 a month or $59.99 a year and includes 600 minutes and 250 notes a month, unlimited answers, and calendar sync.
Your notes stay yours
Answers come only from your own notes. No ads, no analytics brokers, and nothing sold on. Reminders are scheduled on your device rather than pushed from a server.
Speak it. Save it. Remember it.
